Workout songs are a great way to stay motivated while exercising. It can make your workout not only a lot more fun, but help you stay focused as well. Changing the music you exercise to can help you feel energized or give your usual routine a new fresh start to make exercising go from boring to fun.

To help inspire you in adding music to your playlist while exercising, we’ve put together 100 workout songs for you to get you grooving and enjoying  your workout routine. Whether you’re jogging, dancing, cycling, or even doing hula hoop exercises this list of 100 workout songs will surely get you going to the beat and help bring your heart rate up!

We’ve featured some our favorite artists across every genre – from alternative to punk to techno to R&B, so there’s sure to be a little bit of something in this list of 100 workout songs. Some are great for warming up and cooling down, others will help you keep focused during the more intense moments of your exercise routine. I use this playlist of songs regularly to exercise in my living room, and even the kids enjoy joining in!
