Workout songs are essential to staying motivated while exercising. It can make your workout not only a lot more fun, but help you stay focused as well.

We’ve put together 100 workout songs for you to get your grooving - and enjoying - your workout routine. Whether you’re jogging, dancing, cycling, or even doing hula hoop exercises this list of 100 workout songs will surely get you going to beat and your heart rate up!

    OK, this is not cool and I should not be admitting it, but my sister and I both work out to ….. “High School Musical” !! I know how lame?! But it gets me motivated for some strange reason!!
