<ul><strong>Microwaveable Veggie Omelet</strong>: I never knew you could make eggs in the microwave until one day I decided I was not in the mood to drag out the frying pan and needed breakfast fast. <a href="http://losefree.com/2008/07/easy-microwave-omelets/">Click here for detailed directions on how to make a veggie omelet in the microwave</a>. This is one of my favorite easy breakfast ideas. Serve with whole grain toast and a glass of milk and optionally fresh fruit.</p>
<p><strong>Whole Grain Waffle</strong>: A frozen whole grain waffle can be made in minutes using your toaster. Serve with no sugar added peanut butter and bananas spread on top and a glass of milk.</p>
<p><strong>Whole Grain Breakfast Wrap</strong>: I enjoy breakfast wraps a good bit, and they too can be made in the microwave. Cook eggs, frozen veggies of your choice, and precooked reduced fat turkey sausage together in the microwave. You may want to cook the veggies and sausage for 20-30 seconds first before adding the egg, since an egg will cook rather quickly in a microwave. Then wrap with reduced fat cheese in a whole wheat tortilla. Serve with a glass of milk or favorite sugar dairy drink.</p>
<p><strong>Yogurt and Oatmeal Easy Breakfast Idea</strong>: Mix plain yogurt, your favorite fruit, a serving of uncooked instant oatmeal, and nuts of your choice together for a fantastic fruit and yogurt parfait. If desired, you may use a sugar substitute such as Splenda if it is not sweet enough. The best part about this easy breakfast idea is it can be made the night before!</p>
