<p><strong>Here are 7 Easy Arm Exercises You Can Try at Home:</strong></p>
<p>1. <strong>Push-Ups</strong>: Push-ups really give your arm a workout, since you are using your arms to lift your body off the floor. To do a push up, lie on your stomach on the floor. Then, slowly raise yourself off the floor using your arms. Be sure to take care that you are not straining or back muscles while doing push-ups!</p>
<p>2. <strong>Behind Your Head Press</strong>: While standing with one leg slightly in front of another, bend your arms so that your elbows are behind your ears and your hands meet behind your head. Keeping your hands together, reach up and down, doing three sets of 10 reps.</p>
<p>3. <strong>Airplane Circles</strong>: While standing or sitting, extend your arms out to your sides (like a little kid would if they were pretending to be a bird or airplane. Now slowly use your arms to make circles. The bigger the circle you make iwth your arms the more resistance you will feel with this easy arm exercise.</p>
<p>4. <strong>Tricep Kickback</strong>: This simple arm exercise will strengthen your tricep muscles. Lift one arm straight into the air. Now take the other arm behind your head and hold the arm just below the elbow. Now bend the arm straight up in the air to come down behind your head. Do three sets of 10 reps for each side. You can choose to do without weights, or slowly begin with 2 or 5 lb weights. (If you do this for the first time with heavier weights, you will be sore!)</p>
<p>5. <strong>Imaginary Bench Press</strong>: While sitting or standing, extend your arms out on each side. Now bend your elbows to bring your fists close to your chest. You can choose to use weights or try without weights.</p>
<p>6. <strong>Dumbell Curl:</strong> This is most often done with weights, but can be done alone. Keeping your arms down at your sides in front of you, slowly bend your your elbows upwards to bring your hands/weights up to your shoulders with this easy arm exercise.</p>
<p>7. <strong>Sky Push Ups</strong>: With this easy arm exercise, bend your elbows so the palms of your hands are just above your shoulders and facing toward the sky. Now push up and bring back down as if you were lifting a heavy box over your head.</p>
