How it Works

The Lose Free Diet is a weight loss program that will teach you how to lose weight for free. Based on the federal nutrition guidelines set by the US Department of Agriculture, the Lose Free Diet will you show you how to create a free custom meal plan and balance it with a regular easy to do exercise program.

Here’s What’s Involved in the Lose Free Diet that makes it work:

1. Going Sugar Free: Cutting out all added sugar is the first step in the Lose Free Diet. This involves cutting out sodas, juices, any foods with added sugar, and also foods that the body processes as sugars. White bread, regular pasta, white flour and white rice are traded for whole grains such as whole wheat bread, whole grain rice, whole wheat pasta, and whole wheat flour.

2. Learning How to Balance Meals Together: Eating combinations of foods works better than eating just one type of food at a time. We will help you customize a free diet meal plan with foods you actually like that balance carbohydrates, protein, dairy, and fruits/vegetables together at every meal. Since our diet is based on balancing the food groups, you won’t have to worry so much about counting protein, carbs, or calories like you would in most other diets.

3. Exercising: You must exercise to be healthy and lose weight. Most people hate exercise or say they don’t have time for it, but there’s no way to lose weight for free unless you are motivated to exercise. The Lose Free Diet requires 30 minutes of aerobic exercise 3 times a week. Don’t worry, we’ll give you some ideas to make it more fun!
