The Lose Free Diet is a diet I created to help anyone lose weight easily. Not only is it free in cost, but since our last update it is also gluten free, dairy free, soy free and can easily be accommodated for vegan diets and other allergies as well. It’s also chemical and additive free, making it one very healthy diet to follow.
While losing weight certainly takes time, many are astonished at how quickly they can lose weight after just a few weeks or months following the diet.
Here’s What’s Involved in the Lose Free Diet that makes it work:
1. Going Sugar Free: Cutting out all added sugar is the first step in the Lose Free Diet. This involves cutting out sodas, juices, any foods with added sugar, and also foods that the body processes as sugars. White bread, regular pasta, white flour and white rice are traded for whole grain gluten free versions.
2. Eating Natural, Organic Foods: We eat way entirely too much processed foods, filled with toxins, even poisons that can put a lot of undue stress on our bodies. While it might seem trivial, there’s a huge difference it makes – not to mention that it tastes so much better, too!
3. Identify Foods Making You sick: This will vary for everyone, but it’s quite likely that certain foods trigger an immune response in your body, especially if you’ve ever been on a long course of antibiotics or have a lot of stress in your life. The foods you are sensitive to is different for everyone, but wheat, milk, eggs and soy are the most common and the ones I’d check out first.
4. Exercising: You must exercise to be healthy and lose weight. Most people hate exercise or say they don’t have time for it, but there’s no way to lose weight for free unless you are motivated to exercise. The Lose Free Diet requires 30 minutes of aerobic exercise 3 times a week. This isn’t a lot of exercise, but it’s enough to make a big difference! Don’t worry, we’ll give you some ideas to make it more fun!
Weight Loss Motivation: You have to have the right motivation and mindset to succeed on any diet. Diets aren’t something temporary to do just to lose a few pounds – if you learn how to adopt healthy eating habits for life, you’ll never have to worry about losing weight again!
