It just doesn’t make sense to pay for a diet, which is why we created The Lose Free Diet, a new way to lose weight for free. Afterall, what is a diet? It’s just the combination of foods you eat.

The Lose Free Diet is based on the federal nutrition guidelines set by the US Department of Agriculture and combined with practical exercise 3-4 times a week. You won’t ever feel hungry following our diet. And we’ll even help you get motivated to start exercising.
The Lose Free Diet isn’t something that will give you fast results. But by following the Lose Free Diet you will learn ways to change your eating and lifestyle habits to help you not only start losing weight but keep the weight off for good!
