This being a site on how to lose weight for free, I of course would never say that you need exercise equipment in order to lose weight – afterall I went from a size 18 to size 10 (hey, did you notice that is less than the size 11 I was when I first started this blog??) without the use of any exercise equipment. But if you find it hard to get motivated to workout, then maybe a lazy exercise machine is what you need!
My first favorite is this stationary bike for cycling:

You’ll notice this doesn’t look like your typical stationary bike for cycling exercises – which is why it is perfect for someone looking for lazy exercise machines!
As you can tell from the picture, the Stamina 15-0120 InStride Cycle XL is only the pedal portion of the cycling exercise machine. This makes it perfect if you are looking for a lightweight easy to assemble, easy to store, easy to move piece of exercise equipment. You can use this to get exercise on a chair while watching television, or even sitting at a desk (providing it will fit underneath the desk!) or table while you work. This makes it great for trying to get exercise if you are spending the majority of your day sitting! Getting enough desk exercise can be pretty difficult when you are stuck at work. So I don’t really consider this to be lazy, it’s also pretty clever.
To learn more about this portable stationary bike that can help you exercise while sitting at a desk or watching television, you can see more details here.
This is probably out of all of the portable exercise bikes I have seen one of the bulkiest, but it is also one of the cheapest! If you’d like to see additional portable exercise bikes and stationary bikes you can use just about anywhere, Click here to see 40+ more models and brands.
Another interesting exercise machine for people who hate to workout: The Hula Chair

The Fitness Hawaii Chair is as easy to use as sitting on it, as it is motorized to do all of the work for you! You can just sit and do nothing while giving your midsection and waist a workout. Not sure what your boss would think of this one though!
