An Idiot Proof Diet
If you’re looking for an idiot proof diet, it doesn’t mean you’re an idiot. What it does mean is you’re looking for a simple to understand diet that can be followed without worrying about counting calories, thinking about what to eat all day, and wrecking any progress you made with a late night trip to fridge.
I like to think the Lose Free Diet is mostly idiot proof. You don’t count calories. You don’t worry about how many pounds you lost any given day or week. You don’t need to be a mathematician or chemist to figure out what you can eat. You simply make healthier food choices by eliminating added sugars and unnecessary fats and exercise at least 3 times a week. You won’t see instant results – but you will see lasting gradual results that help you achieve your weight loss goals.
I’m not an idiot (at least I hope not!) but I’m not a diet professional either – and if it helped me lose weight, I’m sure it could help other people who have failed at other diets before. There’s nothing risky or revolutionary about it really, it simply applies common sense with the same diet guidelines set forth by the US Department of Agriculture. Of course, you should always talk to a physician before starting any diet – whether its an idiot proof diet or not, because your body may have special needs that a diet doesn’t take into consideration. For example, my diet doesn’t look at sodium or cholesterol – if those are a factor for you, talking to a doctor is a good idea.
