Why You Should Lose Weight For Free

Why should you pay someone to lose weight when you can lose weight for free? You see the ads everywhere for diet systems – plans like Weight Watchers, LA Weight Loss, Curves, The South Beach diet, the Jenny Craig Diet and more. You might see commercials on TV for free weight loss plans or revolutionary diet drugs. Even while you’re grocery shopping you’ll see higher priced foods for these diet plans.

While some diets are cheaper than others, most of them come at some price. You can pay anywhere from $10 for a book to a few hundred dollars for prepared meals or diet shakes. And even after you pay the money, it’s no guarantee that you’re going to lose any weight. How often to do you see “Results Not Typical” as a disclaimer on all of these ads and diet programs? If it was successful as they say it was, they wouldn’t need that disclaimer, would they?

When you’re considering losing weight, you don’t want to slim down your wallet – you want to slim down your waist line! You want to be healthy. You want to see a difference. You want to change your life!

With the uncertain economy and people looking to save money, you should be aware that it’s totally possible to lose weight for free. Spending money isn’t going to help you lose weight. All it takes is examining your current eating and exercise habits and then analyzing what changes you can make that will work for you.

There are many other diet plans available out there – but just because they promise success doesn’t mean that you will have success with them. I cannot even guarantee that you will like and be successful with the LoseFree Diet. There are so many diet fads out there…you’ve probably heard of them all and even quite possibly tried a few. There’s banana diets, there’s no carb diets, there’s tuna diets, there’s the ever so popular cabbage soup diet… None of these are healthy and balanced diets. Sure, you might see some quick results, but more likely you will be right back where you started after you finish your few weeks of eating nothing but cabbage or tuna…

By doing a little research on your own, making use of your library card, and making your own foods, you can totally lose weight for free. When you invest time instead of money into your weight loss program and develop it yourself, you understand why it works. You see what makes a difference and what sets you back. You start feeling more confident – and more committed to eating healthier when it does work.

When you’re planning your own weight loss program to lose weight for free, you have to do a few things first. Here are some things you’ll need to consider and things I’ll be covering to help you lose weight without the high costs of diet plans:

Motivation for Weight Loss: Finding the motivation and the will power to lose weight is tricky. I know I didn’t want to exercise. I didn’t want to change my eating habits. It wasn’t until I became motivated that I could really finally find that willpower to stick to my new diet plan.

Analysis of Your Current Eating Habits: Chances are you’re not really aware of what you eat or why you eat the foods you do. Do you read nutrition labels? Turn to sweets? Eat things that give you less energy? After looking at what I was eating everyday, I realized I was eating over 700 grams of sugar everyday and maybe only 5 grams of protein. That’s a lot of sugar and not nearly enough protein to be healthy!

A Plan to Change: Goal setting and setting up a plan to change is usually all the high cost weight lost programs offer. You can lose weight for free by creating your own plan and making your own realistic goals.

Realistic Exercise Habits: A lot of diet plans will say to take up walking or bike riding or a sport or aerobics. Some exercise plans are too time consuming – do you really have an extra 4 hours a week to devote to staying in shape? I’ll be sharing with you in the future some ways to get exercise everyday – without completely changing your routine or eating up your time to spend enjoying your life!

Sticking to It: When I was younger and lost weight, it wasn’t unusual for me to diet for a month or two and then revert right back to my old eating habits. It’s not enough to just change your diet, you have to change old habits and reset your way of thinking so that a few years down the road you don’t find yourself looking for yet another diet fad that’s going to fail on you.

Taking Advantage of Freebies: There are tons of resources both online and off that can give you free weight loss tips. Your local YMCA, different groups in your area, and your local government offices and schools all have information readily available. You can also find there are many exercises you can do for free – so there’s no need for expensive gym memberships either!

It is totally possible to lose weight for free. You don’t need to buy expensive weight loss programs or specially packaged foods to do it. You CAN do this on your own, and of course I’m going to share with you how. Why would anyone pay someone to help them lose weight when you can lose weight for free?
